We had a great Christmas this year!!

I became an AUNT!! Its so much fun. Blake's sister Amy had a daughter Oct.18. This is Kylie.
I killed a 3 point up Sf canyon
Blake also got a 3 point up Sf canyon on the archery hunt
Jaci started kindergarten at Foothills elementary right next to our house
Mason turned 7!!
We finished our Yard! It was a lot of work.
We all helped lay sod. Blake ended up getting a staff infection in his knee from the grass!
Bowen turned 2!!
My bro Holden got called to serve in Arkansas. He left Aug. 18.

We have a HOLE!! I've never been so excited to see a hole:)
This is the home we lived in for 2 months while we built our home.

Got out of my truck for 2 min and Bowen had LOCKED himself in!! My spare keys were 10 min. away, Bowen is now going through my purse & on top of all that it was SNOWING!! I am so great full that my friend Karly lives close & she could keep me warm in her car while Blake had to leave work to go get the keys aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

So I wasn't sure if this is something you really talk about but I think it is good to let you all know that IT HAPPENED TO ME! I am sure you have all heard on the news about people stealing your credit card # at the gas pumps. Well it didn't stop us from getting gas because who would want to rob ME! Well within 2 hours of getting gas in SALEM of all places we had a charge for $1200 to Bed Bath and beyond in New Jersey & $70 to a magic Jack in Florida!!! I am so happy that we bank with a good bank and they are the ones who caught it. Thanks Central Bank for saving my butt!! Needless to say these things do happen to normal people!! Don't trust the pumps:)

Mason made a Basketball valentines this year. Him & Rae Ann had spent all night making it. After it was all done he asked if we thought the kids would make fun of him? I about died! This kid hates any extra attention. He probably would have taken a Walmart sack if I would have let him!!

Mason is years old & went into First grade this year! I can't believe it. He has been having so much fun. His favorite thing about school is recess of course! I finally got him to try school lunch which was a huge +! All he has gotten the 3 times he ate is corn dogs. He did try the chocolate milk and liked it though! YAY:)

We went up to the Diamond Fork camp ground for a bbq with the Averetts on sunday. We had a ton of fun! Well all except for seeing a SNAKE! I wish I could get over the snake thing but I can't. I had horrible nightmares all that night. OH ya & I forgot to bring any kind of seasoning for the hamburgers! It's a good thing that I camp in my trailer & have it stocked with everything I need!

Bowen Gary joined our family on July 31, 2008 . We are so happy that he is a part of our lives. He is so fun to be around. He is fascinated by trees! Every time we pass a tree he has to go touch it. He loves the water. If he hears the bathtub running he cries till you let him join in. He also loves the 4 wheeler. Pretty sure he has learned that if he cries he get his way. I'm going to have to break that! Blake will put Bo on mason's bike and he will wrap his legs around the bike seat and hold the handle bar just like he was riding. It is so cute! He gets this huge grin like he is riding it all by himself. I think he is going to be very independent like his older sister. He already wants to feed himself! We can always get a good laugh just be watching all of his expressions. Happy birthday Bo We love you so much:)

I had a great Mother's day. Well other than Blake having to work. He was off by 3 pm so I was grateful for that! After he got home we hurry and went to 2 family parties. We had lots of fun! Bowen would start dancing every time the music came on. It was super cute. Jaci did great in her dance. She did almost all the moves this time. Which was a huge step up from the last one. since she didn't just stand there & pick the flowers off her dress. I was surprised that she wasn't scared of all the people.I hope she stays that way.

Just to clear things up. Blake & I wanted to name them Hewey Dewie and Lewie. The kids on the other hand did not. So they are now Link, Daisy & Lewie. About the only thing they respond to so far is duck, duck, duck really fast! So in all reality we could all just call them what we want. Haha Promise I am not some crazed duck lady:)

This is a post off of Kristen's but It's something I am going to do and if any of you want to do it with me let me know. It sounds like it will be a great thing to help get ready for summer!!

Weight Loss Challenge...

I am planning another weight loss challenge probably starting in a week or two. I love these challenges because I get really motivated and sometimes that is hard for me to do. This winter I have felt so lazy and I am ready to get going again! I was hoping that I could get a group together who would be interested in doing this challenge with me. We go by % of weight lost and not by the actual pounds lost. I already have 5-6 people interested but wanted to get a few more. What I think I will do is have everyone put a certain amount of money down to start, because I think there has to be some sort of prize, and then every two weeks or once a month (not sure) during a 90 day period everyone come back to weigh in. All but the 2 people that have the biggest % lost have to pay a small fee like $5-$10. That way you stay motivated the whole 90 days and not hurry and lose weight the last week of the challenge. Then in the end the top two split the money which will probably be quite a bit. This is not for sure the way we will do it, it is just what we had in mind. So.... if this sounds motivating to you let me know and I will let you know the full details! Also, I am interested in hearing your ideas or ways that you have done challenges in the past.

For Rae Ann's (my mother in law) Birthday me and my sister in law Amy Kidnapped her from work at 9 am and took her away for the weekend to SLC.

Here I am decorating her house. It is about 8 :30 am.
After we surprised her at work we blind folded her and drove down main street with the car decorated. We had wrote "Honk she's 50!" all over the car in bright yellow then we took her home to see all the mess and to hurry and pack for our girls get a way!!

We stayed in my bosses condo at the American Towers in SLC. This is one of the really sweet cars that we got to park next to! It was so much fun!
We took her to dinner at the Olive Garden and gave her tickets to see Jeff Foxworthy that night! There was a band that opened for him hence the picture don't worry we got their autographs also! It was so funny. Me and Amy were joking that we felt like teenager again chasing the boys.
Jeff was great! I laughed so hard that my cheeks hurt! The rest of the weekend we spend either shopping, in the hot tub or watching greys! It was such a great weekend and I think that Rae had a lot of fun turning 50!!

Laser hair removal

I finally got some laser done! It was totally not as bad as I thought it would be. I put way to much thought into it!Blake has been doing it also. Pretty soon we will be hairless! My salon is doing a killer deal on it right now 50 % off now through the 18Th. If anyone is interested let me know. The prices are already low so it is an incredible deal.

Mason had his birthday lunch at school and hated it! I am not sure if it was really the food or if he was just afraid of the crowd. He was so upset that all they had to drink is milk. He told me that he wanted to go get a pop and go home to eat. I don't know what I am going to do next year when he actually does eat lunch at school. I really don't want to make him one everyday! I remember liking school lunch as a kid but it was not like what I remembered. I think next year I will take a pizza like all the other mom's did. LOL

This is Prestige. The middle picture is where I do permanent make up and then this bottom pic is the salon. It is so nice, I have loved working here! Everyone is so fun that I work with. Happy 2009 ! To celebrate the new year we had Amy, Mike, & Rae Ann over. We jammed out to Guitar Hero all night. It was a blast! Then we lit off some fireworks.

Santa brought way to much this year. We all had a great day. I got the new camera that I asked for, Mason was a little disappointed when he didn't get a bear tag but we told him that Santa thought he was still to young, Jaci loved her art project and won't set her babies down, we also got the new Guitar Hero with the whole band so that has been very fun. Mason has even learned to play the guitar and Jaci sings. Bowen showed us all that he found his thumb. We haven't had a thumb sucker yet. It's really cute but I am not sure how to take it away when it's not cute anymore! Here we are with Gary and Lisa christmas morning.

YEA!!I finally got my computer working again. It's amazing how lost you feel with out it. Now all I need is for Santa to bring me a new camara and I can become a blogger again. We are all ready for christmas and are very excited. Hope everyone has a great christmas!

We went to Mcdonalds with the Averetts to have dinner and let the kids play on their new playground.(the one in eastbay) It was pretty fun the kids had a blast as you can tell. Then we went to the Festival of Light in SF.

Bowen is starting to hold his bottle.
I have mixed feelings about this.... It is nice when you don't have to do
everything for him but it makes me sad that he is growing up so fast. Since
he is our GRAND FINALE i really wouldn't mind him staying small longer!

Check out that double chin! I really don't think the weight thing is a issue anymore. I take him to the Dr. next Monday so we'll keep our finger crossed that he can go off the meds. Today was the first time Bo fit into his shoes. Camo of course!!

Amy and Mike got a puppy today. Her name is Zoey and she loves giving Bowen kisses! He didn't know what to think.
Jaci would not put her down. She followed Zoey all over and had to show her off to all the neighbor kids.
Mason is very excited to have his picture taken.

Here is Bowen in his cute tux. He was blessed by Blake on Sunday. Bowen is doing well. He is 8 lbs. 14 oz. now and 23 1/2 inches long. He is in the 75% for his height and only the 4% for his weight. so I think we will have a tall and skinny guy for a while. He is really starting to get a personality he is smiling a lot more and seems to be very happy.

Bowen is starting to smile now. He is 6 weeks old.
I can't believe how fast it has gone by.

I would like to thank all of you for your prayers and fasting for this little guy. I took Bowen to the Dr. last Friday and he had gained 9oz. in one week. which is more than he had gained his whole life. The Dr. called it a miracle. He said that this was more improvement than he could have ever expected out of him. We are keeping him on the medication to strengthen his stomach but hopefully soon we can take him off of that.

I wanted to give an update on Bowen. For those that don't know he has had a hard time growing. Bo is 6 weeks today and as of last week had only gained 3 oz. so he is 3 pounds under what he should have gained. We went to the hospital on Monday and they did an upper GI test. He had to fast for 6 hours( this was the worst part... poor guy!) then they had him drink some dye and we laid him under the x-ray machine and watched it go into his stomache. The test came back normal they said just a little reflex but nothing that would cause this weight loss. I don't really know wheather that was good news or not I just want the problem found soon. They did start him on 2 different meds to help his tummy so hopefully they will do their job and he will catch up!! We go to the ped. tomorrow so I will give another up date after I hear more.

Mason's first day of kindergarten. He is going to Riverview elementary, His teacher is Mrs. Barnet. Mason was so excited to go but he wont tell us what he did, he says his favorite thing was recess. surprise! surprise! today was also Blakes 26th birthday we went to brickoven to celebrate with all the family.

This is Bowen's first time camping in the trailer. He was 2 weeks old here. Mason and Jaci had lots of fun on the bow hunt with Blake. They didn't get a buck this trip but we still have a few weeks left.

Bowen Gary was born on July 31st. He weighted 7 pounds and was 20 inches long.

Our Reunion is at Joes Valley. Our fishing pics are taken at Potter's pond. It was so beautiful up there but tons of Mosquitoes. Mason caught 3 fish all by himself.
